How We Work

Every family’s situation looks different, which is why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Case Manager Matching

A case manager visits with your family and your loved one to ensure the right caregiver fit, explain the care plan, and set everyone at ease.

Flexible Care Plans

Some clients only need a few hours a week for check-ins, while others require nearly 24/7 assistance. We’ll work together to design a plan that fits your loved one’s needs.

Backup Coverage

If a caregiver can’t make it, we have a system in place to ensure your loved one is never left without care.

Family Collaboration

We involve children, grandchildren, or other relatives in the care process, working together to keep your loved one safe and comfortable at home.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the caregiver chosen for my loved one?

We use case managers who meet with your family and your loved one, learn routines, personality preferences, and special needs, then match a caregiver accordingly to ensure comfort, trust, and respect from day one.

How often can you provide care?

That depends on need. We offer flexible plans—some clients only need a few hours per week, while others require close to 24/7 assistance. We’ll work together to design something that fits your family’s life.

Do you ensure safety and consistency in the care?

Yes — caregivers go through background checks, drug screening, and ongoing oversight. We also have backup coverage so that your loved one is never left without care if someone can’t make their shift.

Do you work with families in deciding the care plan?

Absolutely. We believe families know their loved ones best. We collaborate with you to build and update the care plan, so it fits the person’s changing needs over time.

Do you assist with appointments, errands, and social or religious events?

Yes, those are part of our services. We can help get your loved one to medical appointments, church or religious gatherings, social or community events, or just run errands like groceries or picking up items.

Is Care Giving Elite a medical service?

We are recognized by the state as a non-medical care agency. That means we don’t provide skilled nursing or medical treatments. Instead, we focus on daily living support, companionship, and advocacy to keep your loved one safe and comfortable at home.

Do you only care for elderly clients?

No. While many of our clients are seniors, we also provide care for individuals who are mentally and physically challenged. Every care plan is tailored to the person’s specific needs.

How do you match caregivers with clients?

We use case managers to learn about your loved one’s personality, routines, and needs before introducing a caregiver. This helps ensure a good fit from the very first visit.

What if my loved one doesn’t feel comfortable with their caregiver?

We understand that personalities matter. If the match isn’t right, we’ll work with you to adjust until your family is comfortable.

Can you provide 24/7 care?

Yes. Some families only need a few hours a week, while others require close to round-the-clock support. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that makes sense.

Do you accept insurance or VA benefits?

We work with TennCare, VA benefits, and long-term care insurance. Medicare does not cover non-medical home care. Many families also choose private pay.

What happens if a caregiver can’t make it to their shift?

We always have a backup plan in place. Your loved one will never be left without care.
